Founded in 2020 by entrepreneur Guerlain Chicherit and industrialist Eric Boudot, GCK offers a 360° approach combining the development of technologies for tomorrow's mobility, their integration into vehicles and the supply of clean energy.
Our group is organised around 3 divisions, which allows us to be present across the entire green energy value chain.
A Technology & Industry division which brings together our companies dedicated to the development of innovative technologies for tomorrow's mobility: lithium-ion battery, electric motor, hydrogen combustion engine, fuel cell.
A Mobility division which brings together all our activities dedicated to the preparation, transformation and testing of clean vehicles. In particular, we are recognised experts in the electric and hydrogen retrofit of all types of vehicles: cars, boats, coaches, buses, trucks, tampers, refuse collection vehicles and construction equipment.
A Energy division dedicated to green energy supply - we are now able to produce, store and distribute green energy anywhere in the world.
Born in Savoie where it still has its headquarters in Bourget du LacThe GCK group has developed mainly in the Puy-de-Dôme, notably in Lempdes - on the outskirts of Clermont-Ferrand - where a 2,500 m² industrial site was opened in November 2022. More than 90 people produce batteries there every day and transform vehicles to make them run on electricity or hydrogen. The prototyping and motorsport activities are located in Issoire, alors que le Circuit de Charade is an ideal tool for conducting clean vehicle test campaigns. By taking over the Solution F company based in Venelles In July 2022, the GCK Group expanded into Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, a strategic region for the development of nautical activities.
Entrepreneur, investisseur, champion du monde de ski et pilote automobile, Guerlain Chicherit s’est associé à l’industriel Éric Boudot pour cofonder Green Corp Konnection (GCK) avec pour ambition d’en faire un acteur majeur de la transition énergétique.
La direction opérationnelle du groupe est assurée par Éric Boudot qui occupe également la fonction de Président. Un comité stratégique composé de Guerlain Chicherit, d’Éric Boudot, d’un représentant d’AMINVEST et de Christian Contzen, ancien Président de Renault Sport Technologies, a pour mission de fixer les axes stratégiques et de veiller à la bonne marche du projet.
Un Directeur Général dédié est à la tête de chaque société du groupe, tandis que les fonctions innovation, industrialisation, développement, marketing, communication, administrative et financière sont assurées de manière transverse.
