Takeover of Solution F by the GCK group

The Green Corp Konnection (GCK) group, a major player in the decarbonization of transport, announces the takeover of Solution F, a company with around twenty employees based in Venelles near Aix-en-Provence in the South Region.

Founded in 1985 by Eric Chantriaux, Solution F became one of the references in France for competition and series automobile engineering and then specialized in propulsion systems and engine manufacturing with a marked orientation towards hybridization.

While retaining motorsport and aeronautics as its main fields of application, GCK will reposition Solution F around 4 major activities:

The development and manufacturing of electric motors;
The development and manufacture of new hydrogen combustion engines;
The deployment of a center of expertise and studies for the retrofit of thermal engines to hydrogen;
The design of electric and hybrid propulsion systems.

Launch of a vast development program for hydrogen combustion engines

GCK’s industrial development is today based on two major pillars: the mastery of innovative technologies dedicated to carbon-free mobility – lithium batteries, electric motors, fuel cells – and their integration into all types of vehicles through retrofit. The takeover of Solution F offers the group an opportunity to expand its range of innovative technologies with the launch of a new generation of hydrogen combustion engines at the Venelles site. To carry out this project, the recruitment of around ten employees was launched.

Mastery of the fuel cell combined with the development of the hydrogen combustion engine will allow GCK to offer numerous solutions to its customers and to strengthen its offering in the fields of motorsport, off-road and boating.

With a 360° positioning and mastery of the entire technological value chain, GCK reaffirms its ambition to be a major player in the decarbonization of transport, thanks in particular to hydrogen.
